Out of the marina by speedboat, up under the parachute to around 50 metres, and 10 to 15 minutes of flight over the bay. No experience needed and you do not have to be a swimmer: take-off and landing are both from the boat deck, and you stay dry unless you ask not to.

The whole outing takes about an hour once you count boarding, the group’s flights and the run back. Airtime is 10 to 15 minutes per turn.
What it is actually like
The boat leaves the marina and pulls out around 500 metres offshore. You are put in a harness and buoyancy aid, the parachute opens off the stern and the winch lets you up gradually. From the top you can see the salt lakes inland, Cabo Cervera, and on a clear day the outline of Tabarca. It feels like gliding, not falling.
Requirements
From age 6 sharing a harness with an adult. Maximum combined weight 200 kg.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to swim?
No. You take off and land on the boat and normally never touch the water.
Is it frightening?
Less than people expect. The climb is gradual and there is no free fall at any point.
