Three hours through Alicante on a bike with a local guide, at an unhurried pace. The route is flat almost the whole way, so fitness is not a factor: seafront, port and Explanada, stopping for photographs and explanation.

The route
It starts on the Explanada de España, follows the port and the Santa Cruz quarter seen from below, carries on along Postiguet beach and the promenade to the Albufereta, and reaches San Juan beach. You come back the same way, or by tram if the group prefers.
